you Show up for everyone, every time.

You forgot the last time you truly rested.

you are ready to be held, for once.

You have Achieved it all

- Dr. Umieca Hankton, Ghana 2023

"I went with an unspoken wound. That wound was healed during the naming ceremony. This is an experience you don't want to miss!"

"I left with so much more than I imagined."

Learn More About Burnout

Burnout goes beyond being tired. It shows up as irritability, numbness, losing your joy and drifting away from the people who fill you up.

Sometimes rest alone isn't enough. A cultural reset, back to your roots, can help heal wounds you didn't even know you were carrying.

Doesn't Fix

The Biggest Sign of Burnout Is an Exhaustion Sleep

- Kim Hill, Tanzania 2026

"One of the most meaningful parts of the retreat was being challenged to examine the fundamental beliefs we hold about ourselves and ask whether they still serve us. Queens Unleashed also made room for pleasure and rest alongside the deeper work."

"I returned home recharged, energized, and with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose"
